BAU, Kampung Sibuluh — On 27 August, Rector of St Stephen Parish Bau, Fr John Chong blessed the newly completed house of Sina ak Riang and Riati ak Elen. It was a humanitarian project funded by St Stephen’s parish.
The total project cost was RM42,000.00 and it took four months to complete. This project would definitely touch the lives of the faithful, showing God’s genuine love in practical ways.
Fr John Chong in his simple speech thanked everyone present including the anonymous donors, for supporting the project.
Also present were St Stephen Parish Chairman, David Dissam, Project Coordinator, Vincent Eddy, and St Stephen Church Chairman Andrew Riging.
After the house blessing those present were invited to a simple fellowship by Sina and Riati at their new home.
