KUCHING — On 12 July 2024, the EMPOWERED Ministry hosted an engaging and spiritually enriching Bible Trivia Night to celebrate July as the month dedicated to the Bible. The activity brought together youths for an evening of fun, fellowship and biblical learning.
The night got into three teams and all showed impressive knowledge and enthusiasm as they tackled a series of challenging trivia questions. What set this trivia night apart was the requirement to provide Bible verses as references for each answer. This not only tested the participants’ knowledge, but also deepened their understanding of the Scripture.
Throughout the evening, participants enjoyed moments of learning and reflection, discovering new insights and revisiting familiar passages. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, friendly rivalry and a shared sense of joy in exploring God’s Word.
The event concluded with a brief reflection on the importance of engaging with the Bible and the value of coming together as a community to celebrate our faith.
