KUCHING — In the month of November, as a month to commemorate saints and souls of departed loved ones, the youths gathered at the St Joseph’s Cathedral Parish Gallery for a time of reading and sharing from the Word of God and spending time in prayer.
On 11 November, youths gathered in groups and shared on their encounters in November as well as their encounters with death. They then explored what Jesus says about death in John 11 and 1 Thessalonians 4 and discussed about the preparation for a heavenly life where there is only joy.
The youths ended the gathering with an activity to commemorate the departed loved ones and spent a time in prayer for their souls.
