KUCHING — An EMPOWERED Game Night was held on Friday, 25 August led by Chelsea, the Game Master for the evening. After an icebreaking activity and introduction, those in attendance were divided into three groups of six players.
The four games played on that evening were One Voice, Charades Relay, Telepathy, and Guess the Mixed Songs. In the first game, players from one team were asked to shout a different syllable of the same word simultaneously while the other groups guessed the word. The second game was an adaptation of the classic Charades game with a twist for a group to relay an action from the first player to the last and to guess correctly the action. The third game required players in a group to strike the same pose when an adjective word is revealed.
Finally, the last game required groups to listen to 2-10 seconds of audio files and determine what songs were mixed in.
The games tested all the players’ ability to work together and help one another to gain points for their respective groups. The highest scoring group for the night was awarded with a special prize.
