LUNDU — A half-day session on Pastoral Support and Mental Health, was organised for 103 participants consisting of Sunday School teachers and members of the Family Life Committee of Holy Spirit Parish on 10 August 2024.
The animators for the programme were Kimberly Wee and Nelly Chin from the SJC Counselling Centre.
It was an enlightening session for these two groups in the parish in carrying out their ministry as this topic on Mental Health is an important issue that affects everyone, but is frequently overlooked, due to the perceived negative connotation associated with this issue.
