The ordination Mass was followed by a festive thanksgiving dinner at Fr Joachim Pang’s Hall. Prepared by a collective effort from all 49 churches within the St Stephen’s Parish, the buffet-style dinner was a testament to the community’s support and celebration.

The celebration was further enlivened by cultural performances from the Suba Buan Cultural Club and speeches from the St Stephen’s Parish Council Chairman, David Disam, and Archbishop Simon Poh. The evening continued with karaoke sessions and a lucky draw, creating a joyful atmosphere of fellowship.

Deacon Henrry’s ordination marks a significant milestone in his dedicated service to the Catholic Church. His family and the entire community of St Stephen’s Parish rejoiced with him as he embarks on this new chapter of his ministry.
