Celebrating World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly

KUCHING — Sunday School students were asked how they would celebrate the first World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly on Sunday 25 July. The present CMCO restricts visiting grandparents and elderly relatives.

Ezralina from St Mark Batu Kawa, had this to say: “Spend time with them whenever we can.  We can visit them on holidays or festive times to cure our longing for them. People will not live forever on this earth, so we must spend time with our loved ones. We should tell them how much we appreciate and respect them.”
