KUCHING — On 19 May 2024, some of the Chapel of Mother Mary, Stutong congregation experienced the Baptism of the Holy Spirit after the 8.30 am Bahasa Malaysia Mass.
The entire session started with the Adoration of the Holy Eucharist, then the recitation of the Novena to the Holy Spirit Prayers and; Praying Over Session which was open to those who wished to be “Prayed Over”. This was followed by the Adoration and the Benediction of the Holy Eucharist administered by Msgr William Sabang, Rector of the Chapel of Mother Mary, Stutong.
The entire session ended with a Thanksgiving Hymn.
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit was done in conjunction with the 9 Days’ Novena to the Holy Spirit.
The Bread of Life Catholic Charismatic Covenant Community assisted with the Praying Over Session.
