SELF DEFENCE FOR CHILDREN … On 31 August, 30 children aged 10 years old attended the programme “I Am Special” conducted by the Personal Child Safety Awareness team at St Joseph’s Cathedral Parish Centre. The children were provided with information and skills regarding personal safety so that they can identify and protect themselves from sexual abuse. They were also taught the correct names of their private body parts and their basic rights. The children participated well during the sessions.
