KUCHING — A Praise and Worship Workshop organised by EMPOWERED Ministry on 3–4 August at the Mater Domini Auditorium, ACCPC, brought together a diverse group of participants from the St Joseph’s Cathedral Parish, the 16th Kuching Company of Boys’ Brigade, Bread of Life Youth Kuching, Emmaus Youth, Flame Youth, Sekolah Seni Malaysia Sarawak, St Ann’s Parish, St Mark’s Church, St Peter’s Parish, St Stephen’s Parish, The Pilgrims and the Kuching Young Christian Students.
The aim of this workshop was to explore the true meaning of worship, develop skills and habits for heartfelt worship and the importance of worship to strengthen relationship with God. The workshop featured Mr Benedict Lo as the guest speaker, whose experience and knowledge provided meaningful and practical guidance for the participants. Participants were also guided on the importance of teamwork and collaboration when serving in ministry.
The workshop fostered a spirit of collaboration and mutual learning among the diverse groups gathered, as well as a chance for many to deepen their relationship with God.
