KUCHING — Blood is a precious gift that saves human lives and blood donation is the most remarkable noble act of service to humanity.
Blood cannot be manufactured – it can only come from generous donors.
58 parishioners turned up to our call to generously give their blood during our Annual Lenten Blood Donation drive on 10 March 2019 at St Peter’s Parish initiated by the Warden Ministry.
Eight (8) personnel from the Sarawak General Hospital assisted in the blood donation which lasted from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
43 pints of blood were successfully collected and donors were given goodies of rice, 100 plus and margarine donated by generous sponsors.
